Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Front Desk or Customer Service experience with proven sales.
• Experience in a hotel or spa environment preferred.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and handle check-in/check-out, and payments.
• Answer phones and provide spa information and hours.
• Book, change, and cancel spa appointments accurately.
• Maintain spa area, stock supplies, and ensure cleanliness.
• Promote spa services, packages, and promotions.
• Document guest information in the electronic record.
• Use spa booking software and assist with training meetings.
