Job summary

Panacea Luxury Spa Boutique in Columbus seeks a Wellness Guide to greet guests, run the front desk, oversee the retail boutique, and assist clients in achieving a relaxing, luxurious spa experience.

You will work across reception, retail, and concierge services, ensuring a clean, organized space and delivering exceptional client service with a friendly, professional demeanor. Paid training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; 21+ age considered.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to stand for 8 hours.
• Lift up to 20 lbs.
• Willing to learn through paid training.
• Able to work at least one Sat/Sun shift per week.
• Adaptable to reception, retail, and concierge roles.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Shifts begin 7:45 (9:45 on Sundays) for openers; arrive 10–15 minutes early.
• Closers stay after closing to complete duties (close times vary by day).
• Read and prep the day’s appointments; set up for special client needs.
• Confirm appointments with clients as needed.
• Operate equipment at start/end of day (pools, saunas, steam rooms, etc.).
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and restock stations.
• Manage retail spaces and prepare gift baskets.
• Check guests in/out and schedule/rebook appointments.
• Upsell, cross-sell, and pre-sell services/products.
• Assist with laundry and upkeep of treatment rooms and common areas.
• Provide tours and serve beverages; restock beverages/retail items.
• Communicate spa promotions and stay updated on policies.
