Qualifications
- Forbes Travel Guide standards knowledge and anticipatory service.
- Experience in luxury hospitality or luxury hotel/spa environments is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and professional phone etiquette.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with warmth and discretion.
- Manage spa reservations, check-ins, and check-outs with precision and ease.
- Balance guest preferences with therapist schedules to optimize daily bookings and revenue.
- Confirm, adjust, and follow up on appointments to ensure a seamless guest journey.
- Provide tailored recommendations for treatments and luxury enhancements.
