Job summary

Auberge Collection is seeking a Spa Concierge to create relaxing spa experiences and guide guests through services, experiences, and wellness options with warmth and professionalism.

You will coordinate reservations, support therapists, maintain spa areas and boutique, and communicate guest feedback to management to ensure an outstanding guest journey.

Two years in a high-end spa or luxury hotel, English reading/writing skills, and flexible scheduling are required to join this team in Telluride.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience preferably in a high-level Spa or luxury hotel.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications as needed for spa administration.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests and provide exceptional spa service.
• Communicate professionally in the languages used in the Spa.
• Know treatments offered and current promotions.
• Assist clients with product recommendations for retail.
• Process spa service reservations from pre-arrival to checkout.
• Manage daily bookings and balance workload among therapists.
• Inform Spa Management of guest feedback for follow-up.
• Maintain clean, prepared treatment rooms and keep the boutique tidy.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
