Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of spa reception, front desk, or luxury hospitality experience.
• Knowledge of spa services, treatments, and wellness terminology.
• Experience with spa management software such as Mindbody, Book4Time, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all spa members and guests with warmth, professionalism, and a personalized approach.
• Manage spa appointment scheduling, modification, and cancellation with accuracy using spa management software.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on spa treatments, services, packages, and wellness programming.
• Ensure smooth member flow through the spa, coordinating with therapists, estheticians, and locker room staff.
• Prepare and maintain the reception area, relaxation lounge, and waiting spaces to the highest luxury standard.
