Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in spa or luxury hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and familiarize spa guests with our facilities according to spa standards.
• Escort guests to and from spa treatments and tours of the spa facility.
• Provide courteous service and respond promptly to guest requests.
• Maintain daily cleanliness and replenish towel supplies in locker rooms, fitness areas, and related spaces.
• Ensure replenishment of consumables and maintenance of furniture and equipment.
• Adhere to health, safety and hygiene regulations and report issues to Spa management.
