Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Boston is seeking an On-Call Spa Attendant to join our Spa team. You will welcome guests, provide facility tours, and escort guests to treatments, delivering courteous, prompt service while maintaining cleanliness and stock in spa areas.

Based in the Spa Department, you will support daily operations, respond to guest requests, and uphold MOHG standards of safety and guest experience. Multilingual skills are a plus and weekends/holidays availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in spa or luxury setting.
• Flexible, on-call schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Multilingual is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and familiarize spa guests with facilities according to spa standards.
• Assist guests with tours of the spa facility and escort to treatments.
• Provide quality service promptly, efficiently and courteously.
• Maintain daily cleanliness and replenish towel supplies in locker room, fitness and pool areas.
• Report breakages or issues to Spa management and assist with repairs as needed.
• Maintain spa knowledge and participate in promotions and activities.
