This full-time role requires a Certified Sommelier designation and 3–5 years in fine dining; proficiency with wine list management, inventory, and guest engagement; availability to work evenings and weekends.

Formación

• Certified Sommelier designation required.
• 3–5 years of Sommelier experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
• Proficiency in wine list management including inventory control and cost analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Old and New World wines and regional pairings.
• Excellent guest engagement and personalized service.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert wine service and tailored recommendations.
• Maintain and curate the restaurant’s wine inventory.
• Educate guests and staff on wine regions, varietals, and pairings.
• Conduct wine tastings, trainings, and events.
• Collaborate with chefs and beverage directors to evolve the wine program.
