Job summary

The Ned NoMad is seeking a Temporary Room Attendant in New York City to deliver full service and turndown cleaning to luxury guests. You will uphold the hotel’s high standards, ensuring each room is pristine, stocked, and prepared for turndown while coordinating with housekeeping leadership.

Ideal candidates demonstrate reliability, strong time management, and the ability to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift at least 20 lbs regularly.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods.
• Commitment to high cleanliness and guest service standards.
• Team player with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks: sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing.
• Ensure rooms meet Ned standards and are inspected.
• Notify supervisors of damages or disturbances via Knowcross.
• Stock consumables and replenish amenities per Ned standards.
• Support turndown service and guest room deliverables.
• Respond to calls and maintain housekeeping closets.
