Pyramid Global Hospitality operates The Belgrove, a distinguished 4‑Diamond resort in West Palm Beach, seeking a friendly café associate to craft coffee and beverages while delivering a polished guest experience. This role involves engaging guests, presenting beverages with style, and contributing to a luxury atmosphere within the resort's vibrant dining footprint.

You will work across departments to ensure freshness, proper calibration of equipment, and seamless opening/closing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present coffee, espresso beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision, consistency, and an emphasis on elevated presentation standards.
• Deliver intuitive, personalized service by engaging guests in a professional and polished manner, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
• Handle and prepare light food items such as pastries, sandwiches, and breakfast offerings.
• Ensure food is presented attractively and in line with luxury hospitality standards.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all café offerings, including coffee origins, flavor profiles, and preparation methods.
• Maintain a pristine and inviting café environment, ensuring all service areas, equipment, and guest-facing spaces meet luxury cleanliness and presentation standards at all times.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems with accuracy and discretion, handling all transactions in a professional manner.
• Monitor and maintain product quality by ensuring freshness, proper storage, and adherence to established recipes and standards.
• Assist with inventory management, including tracking usage, restocking supplies, and communicating needs to leadership in a timely manner.
• Adhere strictly to all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations, maintaining compliance with resort and regulatory standards.
• Support seamless daily operations by executing opening and closing procedures with attention to detail and efficiency.
• Maintain and care for all coffee equipment, ensuring proper calibration, cleanliness, and reporting any maintenance concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a cohesive and elevated guest experience across the resort.
