Qualifications

• Experience in a luxury café, hotel, or high-end food & beverage environment preferred.
• Passion for coffee, hospitality, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished and professional demeanor.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present coffee, espresso beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and elevated presentation.
• Deliver personalized service by engaging guests professionally and anticipating needs.
• Handle light food items such as pastries and sandwiches.
• Ensure food and beverages are presented attractively per luxury standards.
• Maintain knowledge of café offerings, origins, flavors, and preparation methods.
• Keep a pristine, welcoming café environment and adhere to cleanliness standards.
• Operate POS systems accurately and discreetly.
• Monitor freshness and storage, following recipes and standards.
• Assist with inventory and communicate needs to leadership.
