Job summary

Four Seasons is seeking a Door Attendant at our private residences location in San Francisco to create a warm, professional arrival for Residents and guests. You will coordinate valet services, assist with transportation needs, and help maintain a pristine front entrance.

The role requires a friendly demeanor, strong hospitality skills, and a valid driver’s license. Fluency in English and a high school level education are expected. Join a brand known for luxury and personal service.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, reading and writing.
• High-School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with valet services and entrance flow.
• Provide directions, city information and recommendations to residents and guests.
• Deliver items and assist with deliveries to residences and common areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of the driveway and front entrance.
• Resolve inquiries and assist with service requests promptly.
