Job summary

The Bexar Company is seeking a hands-on Videographer / Marketing Content Specialist to create compelling video and marketing content that showcases luxury properties and the local lifestyle. The role emphasizes execution, filming, editing, and developing brand assets for in-house marketing.

Ideal candidates have experience with videography, editing, and AI tools, with a passion for storytelling and client-facing professionalism.

Qualifications

Experience with videography and video editing.
Familiarity with AI tools and emerging creative tech.
Eager to learn, take direction and develop new skills.
Experience in real estate marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

Film and edit approximately 20–25 luxury property videos annually.
Create lifestyle, interview, brand, and short-form social content.
Capture both quick cell-phone content and polished, full-production video.
Create and edit Reels and other content.
Develop property brochures, postcards, digital ads, and other marketing collateral.
Coordinate property photography and organize visual assets.
Assist with property descriptions and marketing copy.
Utilize AI tools to support content creation and improve workflows.
Travel locally to properties and work around seller and property availability.
Help bring more video and marketing production in-house.
