Job summary

Valor Real Estate Development seeks a Creative Content Producer in Clearwater to craft the visual identity of its luxury marketing efforts. You will film, edit, and design across campaigns, events, and property showcases, delivering polished brand stories.

You will manage media, collaborate with leadership, and help push the boundaries of digital storytelling using AI tools for efficiency and impact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in creative marketing, content production, multimedia production, or a comparable role.
• A portfolio or demo reel demonstrating exceptional video production, photography, and creative design work.
• Excellent visual judgment and meticulous attention to detail.
• Passion for luxury brands, architecture, design, hospitality, or premium lifestyle marketing.
• Strong understanding of current social media trends and digital storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet demanding deadlines.
• Comfortable receiving creative direction while also contributing original ideas and innovative solutions.
• FAA Part 107 Drone License preferred

Responsibilities

• Create the visual identity of Valor Real Estate Development across marketing efforts.
• Plan, film, and produce cinematic marketing videos, property walkthroughs, campaigns, and event coverage.
• Operate professional camera systems, gimbals, lighting, and audio during productions.
• Edit short and long-form content with Adobe Premiere Pro, including color correction, audio mixing, and motion graphics.
• Collaborate with leadership on high-end marketing films and brand storytelling.
• Organize, archive, and manage digital media libraries and production assets.
• Export and optimize video content for social media, websites, presentations, and digital advertising.
• Develop skills to independently plan, film, and produce marketing projects from concept to delivery.
• Capture professional photography of luxury properties, events, and marketing campaigns; assist with drone productions as ground crew; FAA 107 preferred.
• Create content for social platforms and repurpose media into engaging digital formats.
• Assist with print collateral, branding, and content writing; apply AI tools to improve workflows.
