• Develop property brochures, postcards, digital ads, and other marketing collateral.
• Coordinate property photography and organize visual assets.
• Assist with property descriptions and marketing copy.
• Utilize AI tools to support content creation and improve workflows.
• Travel locally to properties and work around seller and property availability.
• Help bring more video and marketing production in-house.

We are seeking a creative, hands‑on Videographer / Marketing Content Specialist to join a boutique luxury real estate company. This individual will create compelling video and marketing content that showcases luxury properties, the local lifestyle, and the company’s brand.

The ideal candidate has experience or familiarity with videography and editing, is comfortable with emerging AI tools, and is eager to learn and grow. We are open to a range of experience levels and value creativity, initiative, and hands‑on ability over a specific number of years of experience.

This is an execution‑focused role—you’ll be actively filming, editing, and creating marketing materials.
