Videographer & Editor - Creative Specialist

We’re looking for a skilled Videographer & Editor - Creative Specialist to join our creative team. If you know how to shoot with intention, edit with precision, and tell stories that move people, this is your opportunity to do that work every day, with a team that shares these values.

We create content that drives results for real estate, construction, and other dynamic industries. Our videos help properties sell, brands grow, and attention stick.

You’ll be creating content that highlights real estate properties, construction projects, and numerous industries and related client work.

Responsibilities

• Film high-quality video content, including drone/aerial footage.
• Capture compelling visuals across real estate, construction, and related industries.
• Edit footage into reels, highlight videos, and other polished deliverables.
• Execute on storyboards and shot lists with the creative team.
• Ensure content meets brand standards and project goals.
• Maintain gear, troubleshoot on set, and uphold production quality.

Requirements

• Portfolio required: Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
• Proven experience in videography and editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Drone operation experience required (FAA Part 107 license a plus).
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in real estate and/or construction footage, but quality in execution and craft in video and editing in general is respected.
• Skilled in composition, lighting, and sound.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively on set.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Based in Greater Houston, TX

Preferred Qualifications

• Photography skills for still shots and social media content.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and color grading.
• Experience creating short-form content optimized for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
