Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a Public Area Attendant to maintain cleanliness across lobby areas, Business Center, Fitness Center, restaurants and restrooms at our Isla Verde resort. Responsibilities include cleaning public spaces, restrooms, corridors, and pool areas, with support for Room Attendant tasks when needed.

Candidates should have a High School diploma, hotel experience preferred, and be able to multitask, stand for long periods, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Must be able to multitask and stand for long periods.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of lobby, public areas, and restrooms.
• Perform room attendant duties when needed.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and follow hotel standards.
• Report maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service.
