Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in high-end sushi restaurants.

• Strong knowledge of traditional and contemporary sushi preparation, seasonal ingredients, and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sushi operation and create innovative, high-quality menus.
• Oversee sushi preparation, inventory and food costs, quality control.
