Qualifications

• Legal work authorization in the United States is required.
• Hawaii Dept. of Health TB clearance is required for food & beverage roles.
• Hospitality experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and guide seating at pool and beach areas.
• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Assist guests with seating and maintain prepared seating areas.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Maintain cleanliness of pool and beach areas by clearing dishes, towels, linens, etc.
• Set up, maintain, and break down service stations, tables, buffets, and amenity areas.
• Support Recreation and F&B operations while upholding Four Seasons service standards.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless guest experiences.
