Pier Sixty-Six Resort in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a well-rounded Orchid Room Bartender to join our Club team. You will support high-volume pool bar service with a passion for mixology, guest engagement, and personalized service.

Responsibilities include crafting cocktails to specification, maintaining bar standards, accurate cash handling, and collaborating with servers and kitchen to ensure seamless guest experiences in a luxury resort setting.

Qualificações

• Energetic, enthusiastic and motivated.
• Sommelier certification preferred.
• Must be able to speak, comprehend, read, and write English.
• Must have effective communication skills.
• Stand/walk for extended periods; capable of lifting up to 40 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests.
• Provide personalized recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Maintain bar area to resort and health department standards.
• Deliver exceptional and memorable guest experiences.
• Participate in ongoing training for professional development.
• Record transactions accurately in POS system.
• Present checks and process payments.
