Responsibilities

• Prepares drinks with proper portions and ingredients for guests at assigned stations.
• Mixes drinks per recipes; keeps station stocked and tracks cash and receipts.
• Operates cash register, handles payments and gives correct change.
• Maintains timing to manage service pace at the bar.
• Maintains low beverage costs with efficient inventory management.
• Sets up service items at the bar and assists with stock replenishment.
• Ensures bar area complies with health standards and is ready for service.
