Job summary

Elysée New York is seeking a meticulous Night Auditor to manage overnight financial close and act as the main Front Desk contact during night hours in Midtown Manhattan. You will review audits, reconcile revenue and expenses, balance accounts, and prepare reports for leadership while delivering the same high level of hospitality as daytime staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1–2 years of night audit, accounting, or front desk experience in a hotel.
• Experience in New York City luxury hospitality market preferred.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Run and review nightly audit reports and correct discrepancies before close.
• Enter and reconcile daily revenue, expenses, and allowances in Opera Cloud.
• Balance department accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
• Reset systems nightly and troubleshoot issues.
• Serve as overnight Front Desk presence with check-in and guest requests.
