Job summary

Viceroy Hotels is seeking a Bartender for Hyatt Centric Santa Monica. You will be responsible for setting up the bar, crafting beverages to standard, and delivering warm, professional service to guests. You’ll process payments, maintain bar cleanliness, and assist in managing inventory and costs.

The role requires the ability to stand for long periods, familiarity with bar systems, and adherence to liquor laws. Previous bartending experience is helpful and a flexible schedule is often required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hotel experience preferred.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages; compliant with state laws.
