Job summary

PAH Management is seeking a Room Attendant in Baton Rouge, LA to maintain clean, comfortable guest rooms and public areas in accordance with hotel standards. You will service rooms daily, stock the housekeeping carts, and replenish linens and supplies.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and clear communication with guests and teammates. Flexible schedule with evenings/weekends is expected in a hotel environment.

Qualifications

• No formal education required; ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects up to 50 lbs occasionally and 20 lbs frequently.
• Stand/walk for the duration of the shift and bend as needed.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms daily per hotel procedures; stock and maintain the housekeeping cart.
• Replenish linens and supplies according to company standards.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and report issues to the Senior Housekeeper.
• Coordinate with the Housekeeping Supervisor on daily priorities and assist teammates.
