Job summary

Westdale in Sandy Springs, GA is seeking a Leasing Consultant for a busy 355-unit luxury community. You will greet prospects, show apartments, close leases and process rental applications in compliance with fair housing laws. A strong focus on relationship-building and a professional demeanor is essential.

The role offers a competitive hourly pay range with bonus opportunities related to new leases and renewals, along with a comprehensive benefits package and standard workweek.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leasing experience on an apartment community.
• Experience with mid/high-rise luxury communities preferred.
• Strong leasing and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Typing speed of 30 WPM and being organized.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and Yardi or similar programs.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and residents.
• Answer and return resident calls and emails.
• Complete guest cards and lease paperwork accurately and on time.
• Sell features and amenities to prospective residents.
• Show apartments and secure leases.

Rate: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
***Monthly new lease AND renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

Are you a sales and customer service superstar? Then we have an exciting opportunity for you on our leasing team at our355-unit Class A luxurious community in Sandy Springs, Georgia! As Leasing Consultant, you make that important first connection with potential residents; you also make a difference in people’s lives by helping them find their perfect apartment home. In addition to greeting prospects, you will also show apartments, close sales, and process rental applications and leases in compliance with fair housing laws. Requirements

• At least 2 years of leasing experience on an apartment community.
• Mid-rise or high-rise luxury community experience is preferred.
• Good leasing and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to type 30 WPM and be organized.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
• Must be able to work every other Saturday.

Responsibilities

Work Days: Monday – Friday, and every other Saturday
Work Hours: M-F 8:30 am - 5:30 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid GA Driver’s License

Rate: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
