Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Wisconsin seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead guest room and public area cleaning to the highest standards. You will oversee a team, ensure timely completion of tasks, and maintain spotless back-of-house operations to create flawless first impressions.

Ideal candidates have 6 months of supervisory or 1 year of housekeeping experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Property Management Systems, and the ability to communicate clearly in English.

Qualificações

• Minimum six months of supervisory experience or one year of relevant housekeeping experience.
• High School education preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications and Property Management Systems.
• Ability to read and write basic English for completing reports and forms.
• Capable of providing clear direction, instruction, and guidance to team members.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Able to exercise judgment and monitor staff performance effectively.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and corridors for cleanliness and quality, updating room status as needed.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of housekeeping staff, ensuring tasks are completed on time and up to standard.
• Provide organization, guidance, and communication while reinforcing the resort's high standards.
• Ensure housekeeping carts and linen closets are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Inspect VIP rooms and randomly check rooms for quality compliance, reporting any maintenance issues.
• Handle special guest requests and assist with deliveries, ensuring timely service.
• Maintain proper staffing levels and oversee the smooth operation of the housekeeping department.
• Report any suspicious activity or hazardous conditions to the Loss Prevention Department and respond to guest inquiries.
