You will know the full menu, engage guests with recommendations, and uphold high safety and courtesy standards while working with colleagues in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum serving experience required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as part of the restaurant/bar service team and fulfill all guest service needs according to 1 Hotel standards.
• Maintain knowledge of full food and drink menu and make recommendations.
• Observe guests’ dining experience, respond promptly to requests, and provide checks and receipts.
• Keep table and service areas clean, organized, and stocked.
• Assist busser or fellow servers in clearing and resetting tables as needed.
• Deliver friendly, engaging customer service with eye contact, conversation, and a smile.
• Follow liquor regulations for alcohol service and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Follow company cash handling and payment procedures; report hazards and maintain confidentiality.
