Job summary

The National, Autograph Collection in Oklahoma City is seeking a Steward/Dishwasher to support the Food and Beverage team. You will perform janitorial and utility duties to ensure safety and cleanliness of assigned areas while delivering strong teamwork and guest service.

Key tasks include sweeping and mopping, trash removal, maintaining walk‑in refrigerators and storage rooms, supporting dish area operations, reporting maintenance needs, and strictly following safety and sanitation policies.

Qualifications

• Must follow verbal and written directions.
• Able to work with industrial cleaning supplies.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Capable of multi-tasking several duties at once.

Responsibilities

• Sweeps and mops floors; cleans walls and mats.
• Removes refuse; cleans trash containers; maintains loading dock area.
• Cleans kitchen trash and picks up trash in areas.
• Maintains walk‑in refrigerators and storage areas.
• Supports dish area operations and returns items for a second wash if needed.
• Follows safety and sanitation policies; reports issues to Manager on Duty.
