Andaz Miami Beach is recruiting a Cook 4 to join our luxury hotel kitchen team. The role requires solid cooking skills and prior hotel or restaurant experience, with flexibility to work across main kitchen, outlets, and pools.

The successful candidate will communicate effectively with chefs and staff, maintain high standards of food quality, and adapt to a fast-paced environment in a premier Miami Beach property. This is an on-site, full-time position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Refined verbal communication skills.
• 2 years of line cook experience required.
• Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to work single station in the kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meal ingredients, season meats, and prep vegetables and fruits.
• Prepare salads and sauces as directed by the Chef de Partie.
• Receive deliveries and verify quality of items.
• Motivate and train apprentices and coworkers.
• Work within budgeted guidelines and manage inventory.
