Qualifications

• 2 years of line cook experience required.
• Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to work single kitchen station and handle fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meal ingredients, season meats, and wash/peel vegetables.
• Prepare salads and sauces under direction of Chef de Partie.
• Receive deliveries and verify quality against orders.
• Train apprentices and coworkers and maintain kitchen hygiene.
• Assist with inventory and stock management.
• Plate and present dishes per instructions and maintain station cleanliness.
