Job summary

Tao Group Hospitality is hiring for a new concept opening in a five-star hotel on Park Avenue in Manhattan’s NoMad district, anticipated for early 2027. This role supports servers, educates teammates, and ensures gracious hospitality through proactive service and professional table resets.

Preferred candidates have hospitality experience and comfort working in a high-volume setting. Training will cover Tao in-venue busser standards, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume restaurant/nightclub/lounge.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers and cocktail servers in guest service.
• Reset tables quickly and professionally.
• Communicate guest needs to front-of-house and kitchen teams.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, stations, and venue.
• Support opening/closing procedures and stock stations.
• Attend pre-service and training sessions.
