Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; hotel experience preferred.
• Able to stand for entire shift and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Good verbal and written communication with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Prepare and restock housekeeping supplies for carts.
• Remove trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, public areas, and closets.
• Restock carts for the next day and replenish chemical bottles.
• Report missing items and maintenance issues to Housekeeping Supervisors.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service.
