Job summary

Gravitas Beverly Hills, a private members-only club, seeks a Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming hub for members and guests. You will greet arrivals, manage reservations, and coordinate with staff to ensure a seamless Gravitas experience from arrival to departure.

As the first and last contact, you will uphold discretion, anticipate needs, and foster relationships with members while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in front desk, concierge, luxury hospitality, or membership-based environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with warmth and polish.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm during high-volume periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, genuine welcome to all members and guests.
• Offer assistance, information, and accommodations while upholding club policies.
• Anticipate member needs and provide personalized support.
• Manage reservation systems, waitlists, guest lists, and member profiles.
• Coordinate seating and service flow with restaurant and operations teams.
• Answer calls and emails with clarity and professionalism.
• Maintain confidentiality of all member, guest, and company information.
• Assist Membership Director with relationships and program information.
• Collaborate with GM, AGM, and service teams to ensure a cohesive experience.
