Flexjet is seeking a qualified Owner Experience Representative in Los Angeles to provide outstanding service to our clientele. This role involves serving as the primary contact and assisting flight crews in fulfilling client needs in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, preferably in hospitality, and display strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Flexjet offers a dynamic work atmosphere with the requirement to work nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service environment, preferably in hospitality.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations with minimal errors.
• Knowledge of standard office equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class service during interactions with clientele.
• Greet clientele and crew members professionally and maintain good customer relations.
• Check in and register clientele, determining their specific needs.
• Work with internal departments to resolve conflicts and advocate for owners.
• Ensure a clean work environment and guest areas.
• Assist with customer appreciation events.
• Transport crews and passengers as needed.
• Initiate emergency response procedures when required.
