Job summary

Luxottica's Sunglass Hut in Bluffton, SC is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to provide outstanding customer service, know our products, and help drive sales. You will build relationships and deliver personalized recommendations in-store and via omnichannel channels.

You will stay current on trends, operate a POS, upsell and cross-sell, and maintain an organized, welcoming environment while meeting targets and representing the brand with integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, preferably eyewear or luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients; memorable shopping experience.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge; participate in trainings.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Brand, warranties and add-on features.
• Build and maintain client relationships across in-store and follow-up channels.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
