Job summary

Sunglass Hut in Bluffton, SC is seeking a proactive Retail Sales Associate. You will deliver exceptional customer service, share product knowledge, and drive sales targets while building lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities include upselling, staying current on eyewear trends, performing minor repairs, and ensuring a clean, inviting store environment. Flexible scheduling and omnichannel support are part of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in eyewear and/or luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be punctual and reliable.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
• Team-player who is collaborative, adaptable and receptive to feedback.
• Natural problem-solver with the ability to handle workload pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients and create a memorable shopping experience.
• Stay up-to-date on trends and product knowledge through training.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Brand, warranties and add-on features.
• Build and maintain client relationships and follow up.
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
• Keep store clean, organized and visually appealing on sales floor and back of house.
• Provide omnichannel support for seamless online and in-store service.
• Adhere to all brand policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
