Job summary

Depm is seeking Doorman/Concierge for coverage shifts at Manhattan buildings in New York City. You will meet residents and guests, verify visitors, answer calls, and assist with directions and building procedures.

Responsibilities include handling deliveries, monitoring lobby activity, and keeping logs for visitors and contractors while supporting on-site staff and handyman tasks. Fluency in English and prior residential building experience are required.

• Strong interpersonal skills for resident interactions.
• Previous experience in residential buildings.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience in luxury buildings and with BuildingLink preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests and direct them appropriately.
• Verify and record visitor information.
• Answer calls professionally and assist with directions for the building.
• Process incoming/outgoing laundry, shipments, and mail/packages.
• Monitor lobby traffic and alert residents to arrivals and deliveries.
• Maintain visitor and contractor logbooks.
• Follow established procedures set by management.
• Assist handyman as instructed.
