Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality related education is a plus
• Previous experience as a doorman, concierge, or in customer service is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Basic knowledge of security protocols and emergency procedures
• Must be physically able to stand for long periods and lift packages as needed
• Must be proficient with computers including word processing, calendar management, Building Link/ManageCo, and Keylink

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests with a warm demeanor.
• Monitor lobby traffic and alert residents to arriving guests and deliveries.
• Control access to the building and ensure occupant safety.
• Assist residents with packages, deliveries, and other requests.
• Provide information about the building and local area and recommendations.
• Handle maintenance requests and coordinate with maintenance staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby and entrance area.
• Respond to emergencies and follow protocols.
• Answer calls professionally and assist callers with directions for the building.
• Keep communal areas tidy and provide a security presence on-site.
• Maintain visitor and contractor logbooks.
• Observe monitors for suspicious activities.
• Keep track of keys as needed.
• Assist management with resident requests.
