Job summary

Coco's at Colette is hiring a Dining Room Manager to lead daily dining room operations, guide the Front of House team, and ensure an exceptional guest and member experience on Fifth Avenue in New York City.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5+ years of luxury FOH leadership, a strong focus on culture, accountability, and hosting with discretion. This role collaborates with the GM, culinary, and bar leadership to deliver elevated service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of progressive Front of House management experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
• Proven track record leading and developing teams in high-volume, high-touch service.
• Strong financial acumen including labor management and basic P&L understanding.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
• NYC DOH Food Protection Certificate required; alcohol service certification (e.g., TIPS) preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily floor operations across shifts with consistent standards.
• Lead, schedule, and manage the Front of House team including managers, servers, hosts, and runners.
• Serve as primary contact for member and guest relations with discretion.
• Develop and enforce SOPs for service, sanitation, and club etiquette.
• Partner with GM, culinary, and bar leadership on menu rollsouts and events.
• Monitor labor costs, scheduling efficiency, and staffing needs across FOH.
• Lead interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.
• Manage reservations, seating strategy, and floor plan.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, nightly reporting, and shift handoffs.
• Build relationships with members and anticipate their needs.
• Represent Coco's at Colette's culture and standards across the team.
