Job summary

Pegasus Development is hiring a Facilities Technician for the day shift at a private investment holding company in the Plaza District. You will fix defects on the first shift, walk every floor each morning, and ensure the building meets a flawless standard before the first arrivals.

You are the craft seat for the day half of the building's two shifts, reporting to the Director of Facilities. Expect an early start, strict attention to finish quality, and close collaboration with the Evening

Qualifications

• Six or more years in skilled facilities craft including finish carpentry and paint touch-up.

Responsibilities

• Walk every floor at 6:30 a.m. and log or fix defects.
• Complete same-day corrections with photos.
• Manage preventive maintenance schedule and asset registry.
• Serve as first response for conference room tech and access control.
• Direct licensed trades by vendors and verify work completed.
• Handoff to the Evening Technician between 2:00–3:00 p.m.
• Coordinate weekend/holiday rotation with the Director and Evening Technician.
• Record floor condition scores and review preventive maintenance with the Director.
