Job summary

Pegasus Development is seeking a Facilities Technician for an evening shift (2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.) at a private investment holding company in Midtown Manhattan. This full-time, on-site role reports to the Director of Facilities and emphasizes exacting standards and stealth, with duties spanning finish care, pest control coordination, and logs at close.

Qualifications

Five or more years in skilled facilities craft: finish repair, paint touch-up and color matching.
Hotel engineering backgrounds fit this seat's rhythm naturally.

Strong attention to detail; log the evening state completely before close.

Responsibilities

Take the 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. handoff from the Day Technician and log open items.
Carry the evening response standard through the back half of the day without a gap.
Stage floor and finish care as spaces clear and verify carpet program.
Schedule pest control in discreet windows.
Brief the evening cleaning crew on arrival each night.
Make the final pass at 10:00 p.m.; log and close the evening's state.
Coordinate weekend/holiday coverage with the Day Technician as needed.
