Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a Bellperson to provide friendly guest service, assist with luggage handling, and coordinate tour group luggage. You will support the front desk by communicating guest concerns and ensuring smooth operations across arrival and departure activities.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with reservations, arranging transportation, and maintaining luggage area cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Previous Hotel/Casino bellman experience is preferred.
• Must be able to stand and walk for 90% of the shift.
• Fluent in English with professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and safely operate a bell cart.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival at the front desk area.
• Coordinate luggage handling for guests and tour groups.
• Assist front desk with guest concerns and communications.
• Prepare room lists for arriving and departing groups.
• Escort guests and transport luggage to and from rooms.
• Resolve customer complaints or disputes as necessary.
• Make airline, show and tour reservations for guests.
• Arrange car rentals and deliveries for guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in bell stand and luggage area.
• Report suspicious or unclaimed luggage to Security.
