Wynn Las Vegas is seeking a Cocktail Server Model to deliver exceptional beverage service in our luxury casino service bars. You will engage guests, handle cash and card transactions, and participate in promotional appearances, modeling programs, and special events as needed.

Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, champagne, beer, and responsible alcohol service is essential, along with strong communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong guest engagement and communication in luxury hospitality.
• Experience with high-volume beverage service.
• Ability to operate POS systems and handle transactions accurately.
• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, champagne, beer and service techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality guest service by serving beverages in casino, pool, and lounge areas with cash/credit handling.
• Process cash, credit card, room charge, and POS transactions accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of beverages and responsible alcohol service requirements.
• Participate in promotional appearances, modeling programs, and special events as assigned.
• Maintain clean, stocked service areas while adhering to health, safety, grooming, and company standards.
• Collaborate with bartenders and team members to deliver seamless guest service.
