Job summary
Caesars Entertainment's Vanderpump Hotel in Las Vegas is seeking a Beverage/Cocktails Server dedicated to guest satisfaction by delivering outstanding beverage service and presentation to casino guests. You will greet guests, take orders, and present drinks to the table.
This role requires high-volume cocktail experience, strong customer service skills, and a polished appearance. You will work a fast-paced resort environment, coordinating with bartenders and other team members to exceed guest
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- One year of high-volume cocktail experience.
- At least one year of customer service experience.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Professional, pleasant appearance for guest interactions.
- Nevada Food Handler’s Certification.
- Nevada Alcohol Awareness Certification.
- Union referral preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greets guests in a pleasant and professional manner.
- Provides timely cocktail service and beverage presentation.
- Keeps assigned areas clean and stocked.
- Takes drink orders and coordinates with bartenders.
- Monitors guest alcohol consumption per policy.
- Promotes casino events and programs.
- Assists in side work and maintains tray service.
- Collaborates with beverage team to deliver fast service.
