Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a server in upscale, high-volume or fine dining.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain Clark County Food Handler Safety Training Card and Alcohol Awareness (TAM) card before start date.
• Strong wine, spirit, and cocktail knowledge with service techniques.
• Ability to describe menu items and make recommendations and pairings.
• Familiarity with dietary restrictions and special requests.
• Experience with POS systems (Micros preferred).
• Strong multitasking under pressure while maintaining guest focus.
• Excellent English; second language is a plus.
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset; luxury hospitality cues.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly and professionally.
• Guide members through the menu with highlights, wine pairings, and cocktails.
• Execute full service sequence per standards.
• Maintain knowledge of offerings, ingredients, prep methods, dietary accommodations.
• Take orders and carry out wine/beverage service.
• Collaborate with hosts, managers, and kitchen staff for efficient service.
• Complete opening, running, and closing duties.
• Adhere to health department standards.
• Adapt to diverse members and provide attentive service.
• Attend training sessions and pre-shift briefings.
