Job description

The Cocktail Server Model - Casino Service Bars provides exceptional beverage service throughout the casino while representing Wynn Las Vegas' luxury service and presentation standards. This role supports a high-volume, guest-focused environment through polished service, engaging guest interaction, accurate transactions, and participation in promotional, modeling, and special event assignments as needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide quality guest service by serving beverages, food, and amenities in casino, pool, and lounge areas while handling cash and credit transactions through the point-of-sale system.
• Accurately process cash, credit card, room charge, and point-of-sale transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, champagne, beer, specialty beverages, and responsible alcohol service requirements.
• Participate in promotional appearances, modeling programs, marketing initiatives, and special events as assigned.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked service areas while following all health, safety, grooming, uniform, and company standards.
• Work collaboratively with bartenders, beverage runners, supervisors, and team members to deliver seamless guest service.

• Minimum one year of experience in a high-volume beverage, casino, lounge, nightlife, or nightclub environment required.
• Previous model, presenter, promotional, or European bottle service experience preferred.
• Strong beverage knowledge, including spirits, wine, champagne, mixed cocktails, and service techniques.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain and maintain all required licenses, certifications, and work cards.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
