Fairmont Dallas is seeking a passionate Cocktail Server to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced luxury setting. You will maintain knowledge of service standards, menus, and local attractions while providing attentive, friendly service.

The ideal candidate has bartending experience, cash handling skills, and strong communication abilities. Compliance with liquor regulations and POS operation are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 18 years of age to serve alcohol.
• 1 year cocktail/server or related experience.
• Fluency in English required.
• Certification in alcohol awareness and CPR is a plus.
• Food handling certificate and TABC certification.
• Proficient cash handling and POS operation.
• Strong communication and legible handwriting.
• Ability to input data into POS and other systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of policies and service standards.
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Know menu items and wine list.
• Ensure liquor regulations compliance.
• Handle bank and cash accurately.
• Provide excellent guest service and resolve issues promptly.
