Job summary

Monarch Casino Resort Spa Black Hawk in Colorado seeks a friendly Bell Attendant to warmly assist guests, retrieve items from vehicles, shuttle guests by limousine as needed, and uphold Four Diamond service standards.

Qualified candidates will be able to stand and move for long periods, lift heavy items, and work all shifts including weekends and holidays; high school diploma preferred, excellent communication, and team orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Friendly, approachable and team oriented.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to work with others and alone.
• Able to stand, walk for extended periods.
• Able to lift heavy items.
• Must be able to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• As a Bell attendant you are retrieving guest items from: cars, busses, vans and carts to and from Hotel rooms, conduct limousine runs to and from the airport as necessary.
• Ability to anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests. Ideal candidates will be familiar with all hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
• Lift and move luggage into and from vehicle to carts.
• Must be able to be on feet for hours at a time.
• Provide Four Diamond guest service in a professional demeanor and appearance.
