Job summary

Nordstrom Beauty Department in Los Angeles is seeking a passionate Beauty Advisor who can create personalized experiences for customers, perform makeup applications, skincare analyses, and recommend products to meet beauty goals.

You will collaborate with teammates to drive in-store and digital sales, book appointments for events, stay current on trends, and build customer loyalty through Nordstrom Rewards while keeping the department inviting and ready.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer's beauty goals.
• Collaborate with team to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers.
• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools.
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store events and services.
• Keep department customer-ready through organization and cleanliness.
• Stay current on beauty trends, products, and industry knowledge via trainings.
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges, and build customer loyalty through Nordstrom Rewards.
