Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
• Strong customer service and sales skills with a proven ability to meet quotas.

Responsibilities

• Model all Neiman Marcus Principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend and Thank).
• Focus on achieving and exceeding individual and vendor line sales goals, event sales goals, and department daily monthly sales goals.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and build lasting customer relationships as the brand expert.
• Maintain a positive image as a liaison between Neiman Marcus and your Account Executive.
• Utilize clienteling resources to record client information and preferences to drive business.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience from approach to closing the sale and follow-up.
• Maintain counter standards and an inviting selling area.
